3-Day Return & Replacement Policy

At PIVA, we want you to shop with confidence. If your product arrives damaged, we offer a 3-day return and replacement policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The unboxing process without cuts or edits
    • The visible damage or issue with the product
  • The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Important Notes

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • Minor packaging wear caused during shipping will not qualify as damage.
  • Returns are only accepted for products that arrive physically damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • The unboxing video proof

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or provide further return instructions.
