We want you to shop with confidence. If your product arrives damaged, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process without cuts or edits
- The visible damage or issue with the product
- The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Important Notes
- Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
- Minor packaging wear caused during shipping will not qualify as damage.
- Returns are only accepted for products that arrive physically damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- The unboxing video proof
Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or provide further return instructions.
